Eventful Year in Review
"That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ" (1 Peter 1:7) Not in any particular order but here are some of the things have gone on this last year and a half in a family. Oh! the fun of a flooded kitchen! We were sitting in the living room and we heard a loud whining from the dishwasher we went in and turned it off and then went back in the living room and started a discussion on needing a new dishwasher and how we are going to afford one. A bit later I went into the kitchen to find the dishwasher had leaked and there was water all over the kitchen floor. I was sloshing through a large puddle. Water was gushing off the laminate flooring. Luckily it didn’t get into any other room. Now not only do we have to replace a dishwasher but we have to cover a $3,000 deductible. Now the cost of a new dishwasher seems so little. Hopefull...
